MINIMUM ORDER: There is a $100 minimum order on purchases. This does not include Shipping, Taxes, or other Fees.
SALES TAX POLICY: Sales tax is estimated at the time of your order and the actual sales tax amount is charged at the time of item shipment. If you are eligible for a tax exemption, please complete the necessary documentation and submit to Abitronix. While the tax exemption status is being processed, you may purchase items where sales tax will be charged. Once your tax status has been approved, Abitronix will refund the sales tax paid to you.
PAYMENT POLICY: Abitronix supports credit cards issued in the United States for Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

TERMS: Upon approval, terms are Net 30 days from date of shipment unless agreed to otherwise in writing. Accounts overdue are subject to COD status. ACCOUNTS OVER 90 DAYS WILL BE NOTIFIED AND TURNED OVER FOR COLLECTION 10 DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION. New accounts are COD, cashier’s check or credit card until credit is approved.
RETURN POLICY: All products purchased at Abitronix may be returned for a full refund, or exchange within 30 days of the packing list date providing they meet the following requirements:
In all cases, to help us identify from whom the return or exchange has come from, we request that you include your RMA slip with the returned merchandise.
Abitronix will not be able to complete the return without this information. We will not accept packages that arrive collect or packages that come ‘Postage Due’. All refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for initial purchase and will be for the full amount of the product returned. Abitronix is not responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping, therefore it is recommended that you return all items insured by parcel post or courier.
We reserve the right to refuse a return, or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: The fastest way for us to be able to take care of a returned package is for you to accept the delivery and then contact us about returning your items. If you refuse to accept the package, your shipping will still not be refunded; it will only delay your credit for your purchase.
RESTOCKING FEE: A 15% restocking fee will be charged on special order products and other products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These fees apply unless you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
MISSING ITEM or DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE: A Restocking Fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in “like new” condition).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: International customers must contact the product manufacturer direct for product repair and warranty service. ABItronix currently does NOT offer refunds on international purchases.
FINANCE CHARGE: 1.25% per month on all invoices over 30 days.
RETURN CHECK CHARGES: Customer will be charged $25.00 each time a check is returned.
COLLECTION: Customer is responsible for any costs or fees necessary to collect past due accounts.
FREIGHT/SHORTAGES/DAMAGE: All material is sold Ex-Works shipping point unless otherwise negotiated. If shipment is damaged or is missing cartons, it must be signed for at the time of delivery with these notations. Internal carton shortages and damages must be reported to Holland Electronics within 72 hours of delivery. Failure to report damages and shortages in a timely manner may invalidate any claims.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are non-returnable.
WARRANTY: As an Authorized Distributor, you can rest assured the items purchased, comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. If the item you purchased isn’t working properly, please consult the product manual (which is included with the item) for troubleshooting information. Should you require additional assistance, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly.
If the item you received is defective upon receipt, please contact Customer Service at 1-973-584-7550 (8:30am – 5:00pm US Eastern Time Monday through Friday) to have the item replaced.
